Sadio Mané names his idols - Bayern star even put in extra shifts for a jersey

Bayern newcomer Sadio Mané has revealed who his idols used to be.

Having become a world star at Liverpool FC, Sadio Mané is now performing magic in the FC Bayern jersey.
Now he has revealed who his footballing idols were.
Munich - Two games, two goals.
Sadio Mané's record in the FC Bayern Munich jersey is impressive.
The star newcomer seems to have arrived directly at the Munich ensemble.
And that is also necessary, as the Senegalese should compensate for the departure of Robert Lewandowski (FC Barcelona).
Mané is already a crowd favorite at Bayern.
During the USA tour, Marketing Director Andreas Jung explained that the jersey of the winger is currently in greatest demand.
Mané has now revealed whose jerseys he wore as a child.

"They were my idols.

I watched videos of them for hours and tried to imitate everything," Mané explained in an interview with FC Bayern's

He had a jersey from both as a child.
"My mother gave me an El Hadji Diouf jersey," Mané revealed.
And: “When I was a little older, I bought myself one from Ronaldinho.
I worked extra and earned money to save myself." It was always a "dream" of his to "wear his name on his back.
I didn't want to take the shirts off, I wore a different one every day."

The fact that the new star in the Bayern squad has remained so down-to-earth can certainly be traced back to his childhood.
“I was born in a small village in Senegal called Bambali.
That's where I grew up and went to school.
In my culture, parents are valued.
You listen to them, you show them respect.
I think these values are very important in all areas of life and I'm grateful that I was raised that way," Mané explained.
