A significant boost to Israel Premier Tech, which today (Friday) signed the Belgian rider Dylan Tuns to a two and a half year contract.
Tones (30), who won a segment in the Tour de France last year and in 2019, will join the team immediately with the clear goal of getting the points that will help them stay in the World Tour and not drop out of it to the second division.
"Dylan is a proven winner," said team owner Sylvan Adams, "he is a very versatile rider and will be able to help us both in the Belgian classics and in the Grand Tours and other races."
Dylan is expected to participate in one of the team's upcoming races and is scheduled to appear in its lineup at the Spanish Volta as well.
