The favorites in the district class all start at home at the weekend.
In addition, the game between SV Vötting and SC Freising is the first Freising derby.
– At the weekend, three promotion aspirants in district class 3 start the new season with supposedly simple home games.
The favorite role in the three games SC Kirchdorf – Vatanspor Freising (Saturday 3 p.m.), TSV Nandlstadt – TSV Eching II and SV Vötting-Weihenstephan – SC Freising (both Sunday 3 p.m.) clearly lies with the hosts.
Relegated SC Kirchdorf with respect for Vatanspor's offensive power
District league relegated Kirchdorf has not lost a game against Vatanspor in the past ten seasons.
But the hosts would do well not to underestimate the Freising club.
Above all, the offensive trio of Deniz Sari, Xhino Myrteza and Opeyemi Babalola could pose some problems for the defense and provided a lot of goals in preparation for the football cup against Mintraching (7:4) and SGT Moosburg (4:0).
The third-placed player from the previous season would like to appear self-confident when they are relegated: "We want to prove our skills in the first game," says assistant coach Gökhan Cavus.
SCK trainer Andreas Apold knows about the danger: "Of course we are the favorites on paper, but we still have to be wide awake and, above all, get Vatanspor's offensive under control.
Then I see us with good chances

TSV Nandlstadt expects low-level climber TSV Eching II
Colleague Mario Tafelmaier from TSV Nandlstadt is there live at the home game against TSV Eching II. The hosts failed as runners-up last year in the promotion relegation and are now expecting the surprise climber.
"We did quite well in preparation, are currently in good shape and should win at the start," says Tafelmaier.
"I reckon that we have to win the game because the opponent won't start with a big hurray.
We have to make sure that we take our chances and put Eching under pressure from the start," the coach continued.
Nandlstadt's top scorer Johannes Gerlspeck, who recently scored three goals in the 5-3 win in Allershausen, could play a decisive role.
SV Vötting before derby against "unpleasant" SC Freising
At SV Vötting, the new coach Maximilian Peschek expects a very unpleasant opponent with SC Freising.
And that, although the SCF only got a meager point from the last seven games against Vötting.
"I think they're strong, they have a few players like Mesut Toprak who were already at a higher level.
Fatih Masat is also new.
They are a very tough opponent who is very uncomfortable to play against,” believes Peschek.
"We're also missing a few players due to vacation and injury.
But we want to push through our game and win, even though we know it won't be easy against SC Freising.” BY JOSEF FUCHS
