A serious affair in Germany.
According to reports this morning (Sunday), Nico Schulz, a player for Borussia Dortmund and the German national team, is accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend while she was in advanced pregnancy.
"Bild" revealed that the relationship allegedly kicked his partner in the stomach, choked her, dragged her on the floor and threw a mirror at her - all this about two weeks before the birth of their common son.
WhatsApp correspondence between the German and his partner was also revealed, in which she verifies him with the same actions and in response he replies to her: "You threw a glass at me so I got angry."
Later they show more messages in which he expresses regret, after she sent him photos of the bruises and marks on her body.
In total, seven different cases are reported to have happened in 2020.
In March 2020, the ex-girlfriend sent pictures to Schulz with bruises.
In response, Schulz sent a selfie of him looking sad to "apologise".
