Robert Lewandowski hurt Bayern fans with his move to Barcelona.
Now the world footballer apologizes.
Munich – Robert Lewandowski is history at Bayern Munich.
At least since the 6-1 goal show by the German record champions at the start of the Bundesliga in Frankfurt, the super striker has been forgotten for the time being.
Nevertheless, Lewandowski will always be remembered by every Bayern fan – positively for some, negatively for others.
The fact that the Pole did not leave as a celebrated hero after all the goals and titles is due to his week-long mud fight with FC Bayern.
With a little distance after moving to FC Barcelona, Lewandowski is now apologizing to FCB fans and choosing emotional words, as reported by tz.de.

"I know that hurt a lot of fans.
I can understand them and I can only apologize for that now," Lewandowski asked in an interview with
Sport1
from the supporters of FC Bayern Munich for forgiveness for his exchange theater.
The 34-year-old has upset the fans with inappropriate statements such as "I would like to leave FC Bayern for more emotions in my life" and allegations of lying towards the executive floor.

Lewandowski explains his opaque behavior in retrospect with his unavoidable desire to change.
“It was important and necessary for me at that moment to make it clear that I am ready for a change.
At the end of the day, we're all only human, aren't we?" Lewandowski hopes for understanding.
"After twelve years in Germany, I was certain: I'm done here.
I wanted to make that clear – because of course it wasn't easy for FC Bayern to agree to a sale during this phase.
It was a difficult situation for everyone involved and we had to find the best solution.”
Lewandowski laughs at the mockery of Bayern fans
Last week, Lewandowski returned to FC Bayern on Säbener Strasse to say goodbye to his former colleagues and superiors – that was important to him.
"Mutual gratitude, mutual respect - that's how we stayed together.
FC Bayern will always remain in my heart," said Lewandowski, who even reported on a conversation with Bayern patron Uli Hoeneß.

When Lewy finally drove away from the club premises in his red sports car, the fans hailed scorn and ridicule as he said goodbye.
Some Bayern supporters shouted "Hala, Madrid" contemptuously.
A bad tip, because once Champions League winner Real Madrid was Lewandowski's dream club - and not the over-indebted FC Barcelona.
"Yes, I heard that too - and laughed," admitted the world footballer.

“But there were also a few who called my name.
That was really nice.
In the past few weeks I've met a few fans on the street who have expressed understanding for my situation and wished me all the best," said Lewandowski, who wants to keep the Bayern fans in good memory.
