Menor Solomon in an interview with Sport1 after his debut in Fulham's 2:2 draw against Liverpool (Sport1)
Bad luck: Manor Solomon was injured yesterday (Sunday) when he was a partner in Fulham's reserve match against Chelsea, and the English team hopes that he will not miss a significant period of time.
Solomon made his debut in the Premier League just two days ago, when he came on as a substitute in the 66th minute against Liverpool in the opening round of the season.
Shortly after taking to the pitch, Solomon was involved in his team's second goal when his pass led to a penalty kick.
There is still no final diagnosis regarding the severity of the injury, but Solomon will very much hope that it is not one that will disable him for an extended period, at a disappointing and frustrating time for him.
The Israeli national team also has its fingers crossed for the 23-year-old winger, in the hope that he will not have to miss games in the national uniform as well.
Unfortunate.

Solomon moved to Fulham on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk, after the English took advantage of a UEFA regulation that allowed players playing in Ukraine to move on a free loan to another team, amid the war with Russia.
