The Syrian Arab Karate Federation will hold the second phase of the Syrian Premier League for the age groups under 14, 16, 18 and over 18 years old for males and females in kata competitions and individual and group combat on the seventeenth of this month at Al-Assad Sports Hall in Aleppo.
On the importance of the tournament, the President of the Game Association, Jihad Mahmoud Mia, explained that the Syrian Premier League championship is held based on the Federation’s strategy and within the annual activity plan for 2022, according to three stages in the governorates of Damascus, Aleppo and Latakia, pointing out that this tournament is the sixth internal activity of the Federation and will be an opportunity for all players and players from All clubs, bodies, training centers and sports houses to develop and improve their skills.
Mia indicated that the participants in the tournament will receive ranking points within the points program that has been approved by the federation to classify the players to be invited to the elite tournament at the end of this year.
It is noteworthy that the Game Federation will hold a central arbitration session on the sidelines of the tournament in the meeting room of the Al-Assad Sports Hall in Aleppo, with the aim of providing the referees with the latest internationally approved arbitration developments.
