FC Bayern hit the transfer market big this summer.
Coach Nagelsmann also played his part in this, says sports director Salihamidzic.
Munich – Whether superstars like Sadio Mané (30) and Matthijs de Ligt (22) or internationally sought-after top talents like Ryan Gravenberch (22) or Mathys Tel (17) - everyone wanted to switch to FC Bayern this summer.
And in addition to sports director Hasan Salihamidzic (45) and his technical director Marco Neppe (36), head coach Julian Nagelsmann (35) also has an enormous share, as
tz.de
reports.
The football coach played a big role in the transfers.
Salihamidzic revealed this to
Sky90
.
“Nagelsmann always sits at the table.
He says what he likes and doesn't like.
That's how we decide.
Either we convince him or he convinces us.
That works quite well.”

FC Bayern: Sports director Salihamidzic praises good "teamwork" with Nagelsmann on transfers
The coach was always present with the boys during the talks, reports Brazzo:
"That's why it's also his team, but we do it for the club and also for the fans.
It's a team effort.
We coordinate well and that's important to me.
Each of us can address what we don't like and no one is offended."
Julian Nagelsmann "has his idea in his head"
According to Salihamidzic, the fact that the team inspires with brilliant performances early in the season is also due to Nagelsmann's work: "He is already very far for his age.
He has his idea in his head.”

After last season there was still a need for discussion: "We talked a lot about last season, about systems, training, ideas.
Julian accepts a lot and also says when something bothers him.” After two wins and eleven goals in the first two competitive games there is not much to complain about at the moment.
