Eintracht Frankfurt would have imagined the start against Bayern Munich differently.

The atmosphere in the block was still breathtaking.

At this point, Christopher Schaus dares the "eagle view" at irregular intervals - always critical, always from the club's perspective.

Schaus is a fan of Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt and this time looks back on the 1:6 swatter against Bayern for torgranate.de and gives us first impressions of Helsinki along the way.

Bayern played grandiosely and mercilessly against us.

The fresh wind from the newcomers suits the team well.

We certainly could have gotten into the game if Tuta or Lindstrøm made it 2-1 after 15 minutes, but we had no chance like that.

You can lose against Bayern and when Bayern are in such a mood, unfortunately sometimes 1:6.

I guess I was a bit wrong with my purposeful optimism.

Now we just have to roll up the Bundesliga field from behind.

The fan pilot took off for Helsinki on Tuesday morning with Uwe Bein (middle of the picture).

Our columnist Christopher Schaus captured it in a selfie.

The 0:1 was particularly bitter – and maybe even a small own goal by the fans.

Because Kevin Trapp's view was certainly somewhat restricted by the smoke.

It was clear that something would come from the fans.

Because what the bullies of the DFL and the DFB keep coming up with to give a Bundesliga game an event character is idiotic.

If you want to hear the national anthem before the game or watch a halftime show, you have to go to the Super Bowl.

I myself don't know what to do with smoke pots and flares, but I do with Bengal fire.

Maybe a few more Bengalos and a few less smoke pots would have been nice.

But the fact that the fans, including Bayern fans, rebelled and set an example was exactly right.

Football must be for all fans.

The person with the eagle eyes:

Christopher Schaus (41) is the managing partner of the Fulda company WEMAG GmbH und Co. KG.

He has been running the Eintracht fan shop in the WEMAG premises on Heidelsteinstrasse since 2013.

Schaus has been a die-hard Eintracht fan all his life and has witnessed the great triumphs of the last few years up close.

Half the world watched against Bayern – and hopefully Real Madrid too.

Then they might underestimate us in the Supercup final.

We're already in Helsinki and we're looking forward to the game.

It was very important to me to charter a plane because fans said to me: "With Eintracht Frankfurt in a final against Real Madrid - that's a dream." I wanted to make that possible.

Now we flew with a cute plane and almost 50 men, enjoy the time in the city and look forward to the game.

It's nice that Uwe Bein is there, who now often comes to our fan shop in Fulda.

I think we can win if Real underestimate us and at the same time our team goes beyond their optimum.

In any case, the game will again be a highlight for Eintracht Frankfurt.
