SVA Palzing: "We must not cry or complain"

After the defeat at promoted Fatih Ingolstadt, SVA Palzing now wants to annoy an opponent who is clearly stronger on paper.

"That's why we practiced set pieces diligently in the training session before the Pfaffenhofen game.

And we analyzed how they act when the ball is stationary,” reports Dello Buono.

The Palzinger coach will not complain because of the absences or player departures.

On the contrary: He remembers the words of a friend who plays for Unterhaching.

"Make something out of it - that's the motto there.

We mustn't whine or complain, we have to try to do the best we can with our resources," said the 37-year-old.

While the SVA in the home game against Pfaffenhofen is hoping for the first point win this season, the opponent from Pfaffenhofen is aiming for the first win of the season.

The team coached by Gerhard Loesch had strong opponents with SpVgg Feldmoching (2:2) and SV Neuperlach Munich (2:3).

Nevertheless, one point is not enough, especially since FSV had already led 2-0 in the game against Neuperlach.

Both goals were scored by Maxi Ceballos, who set a personal record in the district league with 20 goals last season.

The Palzingers have to be particularly careful with the centre-forward.

However, the SVA showed in their 2-1 win in the last half of the season that they can counter a Ceballos goal.

"We were on the limit there, but we saw that we could beat them," says Dello Buono.

He is aware that everything has to come together for the SVA against an individually strong team like Pfaffenhofen.
