With Sadio Mané, FC Bayern has signed another winger.
Now Kingsley Coman is ringing in the competition with a declaration of war.
Munich - Sadio Mane, Serge Gnabry, Jamal Musiala, Leroy Sane.
The list of wingers at FC Bayern Munich is long.
So long that in the two furious opening victories of Bayern against RB Leipzig (Supercup, 5: 3) and against Eintracht Frankfurt (Bundesliga, 6: 1), stars like Sané only had to sit on the bench at first.
With such a top-class Bayern squad, you can quickly forget one or the other player for a short time if he isn't playing.
This means Kingsley Coman.

Coman feels most comfortable on the left wing, similar to Mané, who moved from Liverpool.
The fact is: Coman is bursting with self-confidence.
And: "I really think I've arrived at the point where I wanted to be - and now I just want to take the next step." But the goal scorer for the 2020 Champions League title also knows about Mané's qualities: " He's one of the best in our position, in my position as a winger or striker."
