Hapoel Tel Aviv announced this evening (Thursday) that midfielder Eddie Gottlieb has been notified until Sunday due to a disciplinary offence.
This means that Gottlieb will not play against Beitar Jerusalem on Saturday in the Toto Cup (8:15 p.m., Sport 3).
The Reds' announcement reads: "At the end of a conversation held by professional manager Omer Boxenbaum with the team's players, the defender went to his room and expressed his displeasure with the professional manager's decision impose a fine on some of the team's players who did not obey the instructions of the medical team in a particular case."

The 29-year-old Gottlieb is one of the oldest players in Hapoel Tel Aviv.
He came to the team for the first time in 2015, left for one season in Russian Orenburg (2019/20) and is actually about to start his seventh season in the red uniform.
