SV Polling has a difficult program ahead of them in district league 2: After the defeat at the start, they are now at home against Pöcking.

And then it's off to Ohlstadt.

Polling - Of course, the false start is not a program item that you really want to deal with at SV Polling.

But it is within the realm of possibility.

On Sunday (2 p.m.) SC Pöcking, who have been relegated from the district league, will be guests at Jakobssee, next week they will go to SV Ohlstadt – both candidates for the championship round in the district league.

This is also the declared goal of the SVP, although Hans Huber is already putting the brakes on expectations as a precaution: "If so, it will probably be third place."

Habach, Ohlstadt, Pöcking and perhaps another surprise guest that no one really has on the slip of paper are in competition with the Pollingers in the district league 2.

Not an easy task for the SVP.

Especially not when defending as airily as at the season opener in Peißenberg (3:4).

Huber and his fellow coach Michael Schöttl thought about how to stop the opposing teams from rushing to score.

With the result that the match on Sunday will be "a little more defensive" and "possibly start with a slightly different starting line-up".

The coaches don't have many alternatives in this area.

Especially since with Philipp Schöttl there is already a player who is not trained as a central defender in the defensive center.

In addition, speaking is a broad topic.

With the guests insofar as, in Huber's opinion, they will "have a say" with a view to the front seats.

First and foremost, however, the 34-year-old would like to hear verbal activities within his team.

He himself tries to give loud help from the goalkeeper position.

And will presumably continue to do so until the winter break, after Matthias Schuster can only start running training in two weeks after tearing his Achilles tendon.

But the men in front of him should support each other much more with commands.

"The more I talk to each other, the easier it becomes," emphasizes Huber.

Especially when it comes to keeping the two chains responsible for defense and midfield close together.

"So that there are no great rooms for Pöcking in the first place.

Positive from the point of view of the Pollingers: The pool of squad players is increasing with a view to the weekend.

Fabian Berg, a rare guest during the test phase, is back in full training, and Fabio Hägl has already practiced twice with the team.

Bank seats are initially reserved for both kickers.
