Successful coach Carlo Ancelotti has announced that he will end his career as a football coach after his current position at Real Madrid.
"This stage will conclude my career," the 63-year-old told the Italian daily Il Messaggero.
"I'll stop after Blancos." Ancelotti still has a contract with the current Champions League and Supercup winners in Madrid until June 2024.
After a first term between 2013 and 2015, Ancelotti returned to Madrid.
With tears in his eyes, he said at the time: "I hadn't thought of it, really not."
He is the only coach in history to have won the Champions League or the European Cup four times: he was successful with AC Milan in 2003 and 2007, and with Real in 2014 and 2022.
Ancelotti also coached FC Bayern from 2016 to autumn 2017.
