Unterhaching/Munich - It's done - on the 6th matchday of the Bavarian regional league, the top game between the local game association and the U23 of the German record champions will take place in the sports park in Unterhaching.

The hosts lead the table after five matchdays with 12 points, together with promoted DJK Vilzing who has the same number of points.

On the last match day, however, the first defeat was 1:3 at SV Wacker Burghausen.

FC Bayern's U23s have two points fewer than Hachinger.

On the second day of play, Martin Demichelis' team surprisingly lost 2-0 to newly promoted SpVgg Ansbach.

After two victories against Türkgücü and Vilzing, the youngsters lost more points in the 1-1 draw against Viktoria Aschaffenburg last matchday.

The encounter already has a trend-setting character for Munich.

In the event of bankruptcy, the eleven of ex-Bayern star Sandro Wagner would already pull away to five points after six games.

Bitter for the Hachinger: Leader Markus Schwabl is out for several weeks.

The captain has sustained a muscle injury.

Also missing in the S-Bahn derby are Sebastian Maier and Ben Westermeier.

The TV expert therefore piled deep in the run-up to the game: “This is absolutely bad news.

I'm most sorry for the two of them personally, but these long-term absences also hit us extremely hard as a team.

I've always said that everything has to go perfectly to be able to play at the top - it's going to be even more difficult without these key players.

Nevertheless, we want to continue to attack in every game.”

FCB coach Demichelis pays tribute to the opponent before the duel in the sports park.

"I'm very happy about the opportunity to measure ourselves against a strong opponent like Unterhaching on Saturday," the Argentinian is quoted as saying on the club's website, spreading optimism.

"We beat them twice last season, so I'm expecting a highly motivated team.

We had a very good week of training and are ready for the test against the top favorites in the regional league.”
