Beitar Jerusalem condemned this morning (Sunday) the attack on the comedian Guy Hochman, yesterday in the stands of the team's fans during the game against Hapoel Tel Aviv at the Bloomfield Stadium.

Hochman, who is known as one who often enters the stands of football stadiums and makes viral humor videos, got into an unpleasant situation and was attacked with fists, when according to his words another fan put out a cigarette on him.

"What a shame. Anyone who follows knows that I started it all at Teddy's, at the home of Beitar fans. And I found out that they are the opposite of what we have been presented with all these years. Good, warm, smart fans, who love football. And I know that the majority are still like that. Because I now receive hundreds of messages But there is the garbage. And unfortunately, sometimes the garbage stinks up the whole room. And it's a shame. Because this garbage drives away every husband who comes with good intentions, alienates fathers with children, gives a bad name to the group that perhaps best represents Israeliness," he wrote, "and it's clear to me that I Not innocent. I come and laugh at them, and those who play with fire should also know how to get burned sometimes. But here I was burned badly, literally, they put out a cigarette on me. And they gave me bombs. And they behaved like the stigma I tried to remove from these fans. For years I have been passing through all the football fans, And of course not everyone likes it, but I've never been in a situation like this. And precisely with Beitar. Exactly where I started."

Beitar said: "Beitar Jerusalem strongly condemns the incident of the attack last night at Guy Hochman's Bloomfield Stadium.

Already last night after the event and also today in the morning we made contact with Guy, worried about his safety and invited him to be our guest at one of the upcoming team trainings.

Guy, for his part, acknowledged the invitation and noted the amount of support and messages he receives from the true fans of the club.

We call on the Israel Police to reach those rioters and bring them to justice in order to make the stand a better place."
