Spain's Pablo Carreno Busta qualified for the Montreal Tennis Championships final today, after narrowly beating Britain's Daniel Evans in the semi-finals.
It took Carino, ranked 23 in the world among professional tennis players, to two hours and 58 minutes to be able to defeat Evans, ranked 39 in the world, by two sets to one, with a score of 7-5, 6-7, 6-2.
In the final, Karino will face Poland's eighth candidate for the title, Hubert Hurkacz, ranked tenth in the world, who in turn overthrown the Norwegian Casper Ruud, the fourth candidate for the title and seventh in the world, in two sets to one, with a score of 5-7, 6-3, 6-2, with a time of two hours and two minutes.
