The apparatus gymnast, Lihya Raz, finished in seventh place today (Sunday) in the finals of the vaulting table, as part of the European Championships being held in Munich, Germany.
18-year-old Raz, guided by Moran Klefner, was drawn to be the second competitor, when in her first jump she scored 13.333 points and in the second 12.7 points.
In both cases she went outside the area marked on the mat and in the average score she obtained 13.016 points.
This score was enough for her to place seventh overall, while the gold medal was won by Zupia Kovacs of Hungary, with an average score of 13.933 points.
The Italian, Asia Domitto, ranked second, with 13.716 points.
Third is the French, Alina Pierce, with 13.599 points.
The men will begin their competition only this Thursday, where of course the eyes will be on the Olympic champion, Artyom Dolgupiat, who will take part in his first major competition, since the Olympic Games in Tokyo last year.
