The Reds received the President's Award for Outstanding Club and the President's Award for Outstanding Enterprise from President Yitzhak Herzog as part of their broad contribution to the community

Hapoel Jerusalem is the winner of 2 "Shield of Honor" awards - the president's badge in sports, among the Premier League teams.

The awards were given to the club's representatives at the annual event at the president's house, at the end of the club's first season in the league.

In winning, the club received an extraordinary appreciation for its persistent and diverse activity in combining populations, gender equality and coexistence.

For the first time in the history of the award, one group won in both categories: both the "President's Award for the Outstanding Club" and the "President's Award for the Outstanding Enterprise", for the school for children on the autistic continuum that they founded this year (in cooperation with the Ili Association, the Jerusalem Foundation, the Phoenix, the municipality and the Ono Academic Council ).

Yotam Carmon, chairman of Hapoel Jerusalem, said: "I want to thank the president, the president's wife, the minister and the director of the leagues for the honor.

We accept the award on behalf of all the Hapoel Jerusalem fans, thanks to their responsibility and faith we got here.

I also want to thank all the people and organizations who financially support our social activities and thanks to whom all this is possible, and of course the club employees whose dedication, hard work and a lot of love make all this exciting activity take place in the best possible way."
