FC Bayern is also at least one size too big for VfL Wolfsburg.
In the end, everyone praises Jamal Musiala - and Thomas Müller reveals internals.
Munich - In the end it was an unchallenged victory.
And Thomas Müller scored his first league goal in the young season.
In the 2-0 win against VfL Wolfsburg, FC Bayern Munich only let something like tension arise in the first quarter of an hour.
Then came the Munich chances and shortly afterwards Jamal Musiala made it 1-0.
While Müller prevented a goal of his own in the 6-1 win against Eintracht with a slapstick insert, the 32-year-old now did better against the "Wolves".
The 2-0 after preliminary work by Joshua Kimmich went to his account.
So it's no wonder that Müller was once again in a good mood after the game - and chatted directly from the sewing box.
FC Bayern: Thomas Müller reveals what is being played in the team bus
It's no longer a secret that Müller likes to play Schafkopf.
It is all the more surprising that Schafkopf is not usually played on the Bayern team bus.
Because now Müller revealed after the game: "We're playing something modern, Mario Kart on Nintendo.
There it goes.”
So no sheepshead?
“You have to adapt to the generations.
In my free time I play Schafkopf with the older warhorses.
Thirty-year-olds," Müller explained with a laugh.
He mainly referred to the scorer for the 1-0, Musiala.
Müller enthused: "Jamal is so good in these situations because he can react so quickly to all sorts of things.
The fact that he hammered the ball in dry on the bottom left was the best.”
Thomas Müller raves about Bayern star Sadio Mané
But Musiala is currently not the only one in the Bayern squad who is causing a sensation.
Also newcomer Sadio Mané knew how to convince against Wolfsburg.
Müller saw it that way, too, and praised his storm partner after the game: "Before the 1-0 offside goal, he turned up very well.
He got the timing right too.
We then switched to the right side, which was a bit offside.
Of course he gives a lot to our game with his qualities on the offensive.”
Müller also benefits from Mané's offensive qualities.
It remains to be seen who will take on the role of Robert Lewandowski's enforcer.
Before the season, ex-Bayern boss Karl-Heinz Rummenigge had guessed Müller as the next top scorer.
The beginning would be made.
