Uli Forte on Arminia Bielefeld's quick end: "Of course I'm disappointed"

Arminia Bielefeld has caused the first coaching dismissal of the 2022/2023 season in German professional football.
After just four match days, the Bundesliga relegated team parted ways with Uli Forte, who had only taken over from Bielefeld during the summer break.
The club announced this in a statement on its website on Wednesday morning.
»We need a turnaround and that's why we have to act according to our opinion.
Taking all impressions and discussions into account, we lacked the conviction that we could be successful in the existing constellation," Arminia sports director Samir Arabi was quoted as saying.
The club will soon "inform about the commitment of a new head coach."

Meanwhile, the assistant coaches Michael Henke, Kai Hesse and Sebastian Hille take over.
On Sunday, the Bielefeld team will play at 1. FC Heidenheim (1.30 p.m., TV: Sky).
Most recently, Arminia lost 2-0 (1-0) against Hamburger SV in their own stadium.
It was the fourth defeat in the fourth game for the table-17.

"Of course I'm disappointed because I believed in being successful with Arminia," Forte is quoted as saying in the club's announcement.
