Luis Campos and Christophe Galtier repaired a PSG anomaly in July.
The first team did not have a full-time nutritionist.
The club certainly had one, but he took care of all sections, Marquinhos' partners as well as young people.
By using his network, the Portuguese leader has recruited a nutrition specialist, of Spanish nationality.
He is a former football player converted into this field.
Obsessed with the competitiveness of the first team, Campos has been restructuring PSG since his official appointment on June 10 in small successive touches.
Campos wants to sanctuary the locker room of the first team
The first decision of the new nutritionist was to remove Coca-Cola and Ice Tea from meals, two drinks that are not very compatible with high-level sport.
This logical choice indicates that no one had thought of it before, under the mandate of Mauricio Pochettino and Leonardo, which did not fail to astonish internally.
The explanation is however obvious: for 22 years, Coca-Cola has been an official partner of PSG and the contract was renewed last year until 2024.
Sugary drinks have therefore been banned from the meals that the professional group must take together.
As revealed by Le Parisien on July 19, the squad has two compulsory social gatherings each day at the training center, breakfast and lunch, a practice in force in many other major European clubs, but who had escaped PSG.
Another novelty: Campos wants to sanctuary the locker room of the first team, at the Camp des Loges as during matches at the Parc des Princes or outside.
Too many club employees, not always from sectors related to sports, had got into the habit of coming and going in this room reserved for players in the game and the various staffs.
Campos was recruited, among other things, to restore order and embody the new policy symbolized around the presidential formula of the "end of glitter", which contrasts with the choices made so far by the club.
