Six defeats in seven games this season: VfB Hallbergmoos already has its back to the wall a little in the young Bayern league season.

– After the horror kick from Dachau things got uncomfortable at VfB Hallbergmoos.

The team, which has long been on probation, now faces an even more difficult task against FC Deisenhofen (Thursday, 7:30 p.m.) – one of the top teams in the Bayernliga.

"We trained well on Monday," says coach Matthias Strohmaier and adds, "that we did the Hermann Gerland will training."

That sounds better than penalty training, but Bayern fans know what is meant: the legendary coach turned talents into men on Säbener Straße with his Ruhrpott style.

In addition to the hard unit, there was plain text from the young coach, who once experienced Gerland himself during his time with the Bayern amateurs.

A first reaction after the 3-0 defeat at Dachau was the Monday training session – the greater part of the reparation should follow.

With FC Deisenhofen, a prominent opponent is coming to the stadium at the airport.

Nico Karger once played for TSV 1860 in the 2nd Bundesliga and is the star of the club from the south of Munich.

"A footballer like that has no place in the Bavarian league," explains Strohmaier, who played with Karger in the Löwen's A youth team.

With his six goals this season, the ex-pro has scored just one goal less than all of VfB Hallbergmoos in the previous seven league games – Deisenhofen is one of the strongest teams in the Bayernliga.

In addition to the weak performance of the previous week, there are injury problems: Julian Kersting, Brandon Happi Monthe and Moritz Mühlrath will probably be injured, Fabian Czech should be gritting his teeth.

The team sort of sets itself up.

Second goalkeeper Mustafa Bilgin will be new on the bench.

VfB signed the keeper who had moved to the region and at the same time handed over the previous substitute keeper Dario Pavlovic to the state league team TSV Grünwald.
