Türkgücü Munich gets two crackers: ex-professional Caiuby comes - Ünal Tosun returns

Türkgücü Munich is upgrading the squad for the current season.

The club announced the signing of Caiuby and Ünal Tosun on Thursday.

Munich – Spectacular new signings for the third division relegated: Ünal Tosun, a football professional at Türkgücü Munich until bankruptcy on March 19, hired again almost exactly five months to the day after the withdrawal at Heinrich-Wieland-Straße and strengthened the team Team coached by Alper Kayabunar.

In addition, scandal kicker Caiuby comes to the Isar.

The club announced this late Thursday afternoon (August 18).

The 29-year-old Tosun is practically a veteran at Türkgücü Munich.

He has been playing for Munich since the 2018/19 Bayernliga season and is thus entering his fifth season.

The midfield engine has played 87 competitive games so far and has scored two goals - but so far only in the Toto Cup.

Ünal Tosun continues his career at Türkgücü Munich.

Second transfer is Caiuby Francisco da Silva.

The ex-professional became German champion with VfL Wolfsburg in 2008 and was under contract with FC Augsburg for several years.

A few weeks ago, the striker was stranded at regional league competitor VfB Eichstätt and tried to recommend himself for a commitment.

But in July, according to a media report, the 12-time Bundesliga goalscorer had to be taken into custody and the transfer fell through.

Apparently, the Brazilian, who was already conspicuous in Augsburg (€50,000 fine for physical injury), has overcome his problems with the law and is attacking again in Bavaria's top division.

Coach Kayabunar has thus added the hoped-for reinforcement for the weakening offensive (six goals in five games) and also an experienced midfielder.

On Saturday (August 20) the team will compete in the SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing.

Tosun and Caiuby could already be in the seventeenth-placed squad against the newly promoted side.
