This is the beautiful image of this Friday morning.
Turkey qualified for the 4 x 100m final at the European Athletics Championships in Munich, at the expense of Italy.
Embarrassed during his series, torchbearer Ertan Ozcan was authorized by the organization to use his 100m alone.
Turkey retroactively finished with a better time (38′'98) than that of the Italians (39′'02) and therefore made it to the final by 4 hundredths.
Italy, Olympic champion in the discipline, is eliminated after the appeal of the Turks.
