After two defeats in the Bayernliga Süd, the FC Deisenhofen footballers showed a confident performance in the 2-0 win in Hallbergmoos.
Deisenhofen
– FC Deisenhofen is back on the road to success in the Bayernliga Süd: The blue shirts won 2-0 (1-0) at VfB Hallbergmoos on Thursday evening.
The Deisenhofners initially had no after-effects from the last two defeats, they started very confidently and quickly took the lead, with the hosts helping out: the unchallenged Hallbergmooser Johannes Petschner played from the right-back position back to his goalkeeper Martin Dinkel.
Actually, there was no smell of danger at all, but Michael Bachhuber probably has a particularly fine nose in this regard: He sprinted so energetically in the direction of the ball that Dinkel stopped short, startled.
This is how Bachhuber successfully pressed the ball, after which he only had to push into the empty goal (4th).
FCD kept the pressure and almost increased their lead after a cross from Nikolaos Gkasimpagiazov: The deflected ball hit the post, then Dinkel just grabbed the line before the rushing Tobias Rembeck (9').
Maxime Schneiker also had a good chance to score (13', over it), in a few other situations there was a lack of precision with the last pass, for example when Bachhuber's pass against only one defender didn't reach his fellow attacker Nico Karger.
The Hallbergmooser, on the other hand, rarely came close to the Deisenhofner penalty area and accordingly had the greatest goal approach with long-range shots from Petschner (29th) and Simon Werner (32nd).
But that wasn't really dangerous either.
So FCD went into the break with a well-deserved 1-0 lead, but Thomas Werth warned in view of the tight score: "You have to reward yourself and take the chances.
We had some boards.
At the same time we have to be careful at the back because Hallbergmoos counterattacks quickly.” The FCD manager basically agreed with the team's approach: “We're fresh again.
We only trained once this week, that was good for us.”
You could also see that when Karger made it 2-0 after a nice move and a very strong Rembeck preparatory work (51st).
The rest was a matter of form, especially after the red for VfB player coach Matthias Strohmaier, who knocked Bachhuber down on the center line from behind.
"You can save yourself that," scolded Werth, who was otherwise satisfied: "A deserved victory.
We just should have decided it earlier.” (um)
