The two team managers Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte received penalties after their clashes in the derby between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur (2-2).
Tuchel was suspended for one game.
He was fined £35,000 (€41,300) for this.
His counterpart Conte has to pay £15,000 (€17,700).
This was announced by the English Football Association FA on Friday.
This penalty, against which the clubs can appeal, has been suspended until the opinions requested by the coaches are available and can be evaluated.
According to the FA, both "admitted that their behavior after the final whistle was inappropriate".
Tuchel and the Italian Conte had two heated arguments on the sidelines of the league game on Sunday evening and were sent off with red cards after the final whistle.
On Monday, the FA indicted both.
