Hasan Salihamdizic and Marco Neppe are doing a good job on the transfer market at Bayern Munich.

Munich – The transfer summer of 2022 could be remembered by FC Bayern and its fans for a long time.
A new era began with the sale of super striker Robert Lewandowski.
With Sadio Mané and Matthijs de Ligt, two superstars could be persuaded to move to Säbener Straße.
The other transfers are also impressive.
Sports Director Hasan Salihamidzic and Technical Director Marco Neppe did a great job.
And the balance is right: If you add up income and expenses, Bayern have only invested around 40 million euros.
This earned the duo, especially Brazzo, a lot of recognition.
A special praise there is now from the top.

According to the president, Salihamidzic and Neppe complement each other perfectly.
"Marco does the analysis, Hasan has a lot of experience in this industry and in dealing with players.
He knows what it's like in a dressing room, what you feel as a player.” Neppe came to FC Bayern as a scout in 2014 and has since worked his way up as Brazzo's right-hand man.
The former third division professional shuns the limelight and prefers to work in the background on the next transfers.

Salihamidzic, who is due to extend his contract as sporting director, which is due to expire in 2023, has faced severe public criticism in the past for his activities on the transfer market, among other things.
"It certainly wasn't always easy for him in the past few years, but he didn't let himself be thrown off track and continued to develop," Hainer explained his view of things.
"We all know that he has an absolute Bayern heart and always gives everything for this club.
And when you see the vehemence with which he implemented the Mané transfer, for example - it's a lot of fun with him."

But Hainer didn't just identify the transfer nose of his new favorite detective duo Brazzo and Neppe for the resounding success on the transfer market.
The teamwork with the coaching team around Julian Nagelsmann and the board is also elementary.
"This year we took a more long-term and structured approach to transfer policy," explained the 68-year-old.
"We sat together months ago and analyzed what we need and who is on the market."

This was also known differently at FC Bayern in recent years.
"In the past one or two seasons we had to get players in the last few days of the transfer window, sometimes with quick-fix actions.
That's where we pulled the trigger," said Hainer.
The quintet of CEO Oliver Kahn, Hainer, Nagelsmann, Salihamidzic and Neppe could ensure a glorious future.

"Like everything at FC Bayern, it's a joint effort, we're incredibly well coordinated," said Hainer.
"As CEO, Oliver pushes a lot of things at FC Bayern, Hasan put a lot of effort into implementing the transfers, and I brought my experience from my long professional life to bear." The work goes on, FC Bayern is in the transfer final sprint.
