The Dutch Femke Bol achieved an unprecedented hat-trick at the European Athletics Championships by winning the 4x400m relay with her teammates on Saturday in Munich (Germany), after having already won the 400m and 400m hurdles.
Bol (22), in the position of last torchbearer, allowed the Netherlands to win in 3 min 20 sec 87, ahead of Poland (3:21.68) and Great Britain (3:21.68).
Previously, the young Dutchwoman had dominated the 400m on Wednesday, then the 400m hurdles, her favorite race, on Friday.
