Asked before the meeting against Losc, the PSG coach assured that Neymar was the second penalty taker behind Mbappé.

All is well for PSG on the pitch.

After two cards in Clermont and against the MHSC to start the championship, the club of the capital made a recital against Losc this Sunday (1-7) to close the 3rd day of Ligue 1. But in the locker room, everything seems so Return to normal.

Christophe Galtier, before the match against his former club, clarified the situation regarding the defined order of the penalty takers, a story that had caused a lot of noise after Neymar took the second Parisian penalty against Montpellier following a miss from Kylian Mbappe.

“The order is Kylian Mbappé, number 1. Neymar, number 2” insisted coach Galtier before the meeting when questioned by Prime Video.

“In situations like last week, you have to be smart.

I saw a bit of what Karim Benzema did on Saturday with Eden Hazard,” continued the coach.

This Saturday, Karim Benzema, Real Madrid's designated shooter, let Eden Hazard kick the penalty obtained.

At David Astorga's microphone, Galtier's answer is clear: Kylian Mbappé is PSG's number 1 penalty taker.

Against Lille, the Mbappé-Messi-Neymar trio shone with a thousand lights.

The story of the penaltygate seems definitively closed as the two men concerned tripled for Mbappé, doubled for Neymar, but above all exchanged assists.

We will have to wait for the next whistle in the penalty area to observe the attitude of the two attackers in order to confirm the closure of the file, perhaps as early as next Sunday at the Parc des Princes against Monaco.
