Syria's youth basketball team lost to Chinese Taipei, 81-60 points today, in its second match in the group stage of the Asian Championship held in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
Our team opened its participation in the tournament yesterday by losing to the Philippines team with a score of 112-48 points, and our team will meet in its third and final group match with Qatar tomorrow.
Ten teams divided into three groups will participate in the tournament. The group leaders and runners-up qualify directly to the quarter-finals, accompanied by the two best third-placed teams.
