Maccabi Netanya announced today (Tuesday) the cancellation of Aden Kartsev's transfer to Dynamo Moscow, and the midfielder's immediate return to the team.

On August 12, an agreement was signed between Dynamo Moscow and the Maccabi Netanya club, the agreement was conditioned on the transfer of the proceeds and its arrival at an Israeli bank by August 23.
On August 16th, a confirmation was received from the bank of the Dynamo Group about the departure of the funds to Israel.
Earlier today, the Russian group announced that they were unable to promote the transfer of funds within the European banking system, and therefore were unable to complete the transfer of funds due to circumstances beyond their control.

In response, Maccabi Netanya announced the cancellation of the deal due to today's deadline and ordered the player's return to Israel immediately.
