FC Bayern will probably no longer sign Konrad Laimer this summer, the record champions apparently failed with their final offer for the Austrian.
Munich – Bundesliga club RB Leipzig is in eleventh place with just two points after three matchdays after the worst start to the season in the history of the first division.
In the sporting crisis, the Saxons put strong signals within the club, so head coach Domenico Tedesco announced the whereabouts of the courted Konrad Laimer before the last game against Union Berlin.
FC Bayern had obviously not offered enough for the Austrian, now the corresponding sum has even been published, as also reported by tz.de.

"It's understandable that Bayern wanted him, now we've kept him," said Tedesco on Saturday about Laimer, ending speculation about a change this summer.
Leipzig had demanded an impressive 30 million euros from Bayern – despite the end of the contract at the end of July 2023. Managing Director Oliver Mintzlaff confirmed several times that he did not want to deviate from his line.

However, Leipzig were not impressed and will probably keep their midfielder.
If Laimer does not extend his working paper with the cup winners, RB would have to let him go free of charge next summer.
So Bayern will have to be patient for a few months.
