At the Bavarian league club FC Ismaning, goalkeeper Cedo Radic remains the "1a solution" despite sporadic mistakes.

Ismaning

– Even if the lead in the Bayernliga Süd football league is gone after the mysterious game against Kirchanschöring, nothing has changed for FC Ismaning.

The FCI remains a top team that has a test ahead of them that should not be underestimated at SV Erlbach (Friday, 7.30 p.m.).

Erlbach is a force at home (two wins, two draws) and has scored eight of his twelve points so far on home soil.

Ismaning should be warned that nobody likes to play in the Waldstadion there with many spectators and a lot of hustle and bustle.

The people of Erlbach, who played in their own league in the Landesliga Southeast last season, are not really seen as a promoted team.

"If you were to make a list of the most uncomfortable opponents, then Erlbach would definitely be in the top five," says Ismaninger coach Mijo Stijpic full of appreciation.

In terms of compactness and duel behavior, SV Erlbach certainly has parallels to the previous FCI opponent Kirchanschöring, to whom they lost at home last weekend.

Stijepic doesn't really blame his team for this defeat, because dubious referee decisions would have had a major impact on the outcome.

His team is prepared for having to counter Erlbach.

However, the referee could do nothing for the quick 0:1 against Kirchanschöring, because Cedo Radic hung up the goal with a blatant bad pass.

The Ismaninger goalkeeper had already started the 0:1 deficit with a nasty mistake in the 4:1 home win against Schalding-Heining.

Nevertheless, there is no question of a goalkeeper for Stijepic.

"Cedo saved us a lot more than we owed it," emphasizes the coach.

Among other things, he refers to the home game against Deisenhofen, when Radic had destroyed several great opportunities.

At the recent guest appearance in Garching, goalkeeper Lorenz Becherer, who came from the state league, delivered a strong performance in the 1-0 derby win.

According to Stijepic, this change for a game was not a warning to Radic, but rather a sign to the team.

"We have a 1a and a 1b solution in goal," says Stijepic, emphasizing that you can rely on both goalkeepers.

The coach from Ismaning made these occasional changes in goal last season.

Fabio Rasic, who switched to Garching in the summer, got nine Bayernliga games behind Cedo Radic (26 games) in the previous season.
