Würzburger Kickers against SpVgg Unterhaching, second against first: Summit in the Bavarian Regional Football League.

And one with additional explosiveness - because of a personality.

Unterhaching

– In the foyer of the SpVgg Unterhaching office, the oversized message hangs on the wall: “Success is written with sweat”.

The key words of his motto that the football regional league in the club colors, i.e. red and blue, printed.

Head coach Sandro Wagner's team is going to sweat➔ this Friday evening (6:30 p.m.) at the Würzburger Kickers.

The first (Haching/19 points) against the second (Würzburg/17) - a real summit meeting.

and one with additional explosiveness: Felix Göttlicher, ex-Hachinger, signed on in Würzburg this week.

It is uncertain whether he is already playing against his old club - but after the not exactly silent farewell to SpVgg, the motivation of the 20-year-old should be enormous.

SpVgg President retired the defender

Because he did not extend his contract, Felix Göttlicher was no longer allowed to play for Haching in the second half of last season - a measure at the behest of SpVgg President Manfred Schwabl.

At the time, the central defender dreamed of higher goals, wanted to make a free transfer and did so – he went to the 3rd division, to FC Erzgebirge Aue.

Only: Göttlicher was apparently unable to assert himself there – this Wednesday the third division team announced that they would loan the 20-year-old to the Würzburger Kickers until the end of the season.

The team that now meets Göttlicher's former club Haching.

It doesn't matter whether the defender is on the pitch or sitting on the Würzburg bench: a certain explosiveness is guaranteed.
