At Siakam debut: baroque town with luck and bad luck in Balingen

The SG Barockstadt Fulda-Lehnerz has brought in the fourth point of the season in the Regionalliga Südwest.
Sedat Gören's team drew 0-0 at TSG Balingen - and had good luck and bad luck at the same time.
For the first time ever, TSG Balingen and SG Barockstadt Fulda-Lehnerz faced each other in a competitive game.
A little over a year ago, both dueled in a test match, Balingen won 2-0.
The hosts from the Zollernalb district made two changes compared to the 2-1 at VfR Aalen, Tobias Dierberger and Lukas Ramser moved into the starting XI, while the SG Barockstadt also made two changes compared to the 1:3 in the fourth game in the Regionalliga Südwest against the U21s from FSV Mainz 05.
Dominik Wüst and Jan Lüdke started for the injured Dominik Rummel and Almir Ziga, Will Siakam, who signed on Friday, took a seat on the bench.
Under the direction of FIFA referee Karoline Wacker, the baroque city presented itself well in the first round.
In the 4-2-3-1 system, the central midfield around Patrick Schaaf, Leon Pomnitz and Jan Lüdke did well, but admittedly had a lot of freedom in TSG's 3-5-2 system.
Danger erupted, especially when it came to switching actions, in the form of Lüdke the SGB had the first shots with a double chance (11th).
Shortly thereafter, Jonas Pfalz should have put East Hesse in the lead.

The baroque city became noticeably more secure, tried to let the ball circulate itself, repeatedly had half-chances and hardly had to hold its breath defensively.

The Fulda-Lehnerzer had a lot more trouble defensively and hardly had any opportunities to finish offensively.
Pomnitz unsuccessfully demanded a penalty,
Lüdke in his starting eleven debut for the SGB did not put enough pressure behind his graduation (81st).
Shortly thereafter, the latter left the pitch and Siakam was also allowed to celebrate his debut - and had the baroque townsman's only shot on goal.
However, TSG goalkeeper Marcel Binanzer was vigilant until the end (89th).
