Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann explained his warning in the top game against Borussia Mönchengladbach (1: 1 (0: 1)) with an "asshole question".

Nagelsmann reported to Sky after the game and admitted: "A justified yellow card." The 35-year-old had received the warning shortly before the Munich equalizer Leroy Sané (83rd) conceded.

But that was the only diplomatic statement made by the Bayern coach in the conversation after the game on Sky.

Nagelsmann was clearly not satisfied with the performance of referee Daniel Schlager.

"I was annoyed because we played very well," said the Bayern coach about the game result, adding: "And I was also annoyed with the referee because he whistled all 50/50 decisions for Gladbach. «

»Suddenly someone had cramps in the 50th minute, I don't know.

You have to say: 50:50 decisions have to be made 50:50 for both of you.

And Leroy Sané got, I think, 28 fouls from Kramer - and he didn't get a free kick himself," said Nagelsmann, visibly upset.

Sané was actually fouled in the 80th minute without a whistle sounding, but was then cautioned for his complaint.

Nagelsmann lets his anger run wild

That's why Nagelsmann saw the blame for the high atmosphere in the stadium with whistles in the end as the responsibility of referee Schlager.

“Then it angered everyone, the atmosphere in the stadium was good – the referee played his part there, and I certainly did too.

I picked up a yellow card.”

It was Bayern's best game of the season and against an opponent who defended "at 10 by 10 meters".

In the direction of Gladbach, he then pushed that they would not contribute to making the Bundesliga more attractive with this style of play.

FC Bayern had more than 30 shots on goal in the game, but also had to settle for one point because of the brilliant performance of Borussia goalkeeper Jan Sommer, who drove the Bavarian storm to insanity with 19 saves.
