Spanish Premier League club FC Barcelona have arrived in the season - largely thanks to their new attacker Robert Lewandowski.
As in the previous week, the 34-year-old scored two goals in a comfortable 4-0 (2-0) win over Real Valladolid.
First, the world footballer put his new employer in the lead (24th minute), Pedri (43rd) added before the break.
In the second half, Lewandowski decided the game with a hit with his heel (64'), Sergi Roberto (90'+2) made the final score.
With seven points, the unbeaten Catalans, who also featured French signing Jules Kounde for the first time and showed a good game, are temporarily in second place in the Spanish league.
Raphinha, who came from Leeds United before the season, also played well and, among other things, set up Lewandowski's first goal.
In the Champions League, Robert Lewandowski meets his old club Bayern in the group stage (first leg in Munich on September 13th, second leg on October 26th).
That was the result of this week's draw.
The other Barça opponents in the Champions League are Inter Milan and Viktoria Pilsen from the Czech Republic.
