The Borussia Dortmund striker is currently recovering, and was interviewed about his medical condition.
"I feel good. I dream of getting back on the pitch and scoring for Dortmund, I haven't lost much muscle mass," the player told ESPN.
"My first goal is to return to the field, play in front of the yellow crowd and score my first goal against them, it will be an exciting moment."
Haller, who left West Ham last summer and joined the German team, actually did not have time to start the season with them, when the tumor was discovered during the training camp.
