The 14 teams, including the promoted Bayonne which replaced its neighbor Biarritz in the elite, will face each other in a home and away match over 26 days.
The end of the first leg is scheduled for Saturday, December 24, for a "Boxing Day" which promises many derbies, including Racing-Stade Français.
The regular season will end on May 27, before the final stages in June.
The semi-finals will take place the weekend of June 9-11 in San Sebastián, Spain, and the final on June 17 at the Stade de France.
It will then be time for the stars of French rugby Dupont, Ntamack and others to prepare for the big event of the year: the World Cup in France, from September 8 to October 28, 2023.
