In the district league north, SVA Palzing is expecting its first home win against Günzlhofen, while Attaching will have to do without a head coach and (probably) top striker.

District

– In the district league north, SpVgg Kammerberg welcomes FSV Pfaffenhofen this Saturday at 1 p.m.

The BC Attaching has an easier task on paper at 5 p.m. with the guest appearance at VfB Eichstätt II.

This also applies to SVA Palzing, who will go into the game tomorrow at 4 p.m. in the home game against bottom team VSST Günzlhofen with an unusually offensive goal.

SVA Palzing: Dreier is mandatory against promoted Günzlhofen

"The first home win is a must," says SVA coach Gianluca Dello Buono.

He doesn't doubt that his players could break with this pressure situation.

“The boys have the attitude to play to win.

And that's how they trained this week," continued Dello Buono.

If the Palzingers win, they distance the promoted team from Günzlhofen by five points.

If they lose, both teams switch places.

This would also be suboptimal for the direct comparison, which could become important at the end of the season.

But nobody in Palzing wants to think about that.

"We have informed ourselves well about Günzlhofen and are ready," says Dello Buono.

His analysis should have shown that the opponent is vulnerable on the defensive.

24 goals conceded in six games is a clear high in the district league north and almost twice as many as the second weakest team in this category.

Palzing, who only has to do without Mathias Reinbacher with a groin injury, has its offensive forces at the start.

"We want to add three points to our 1-1 draw against Schwabing.

That's what it's all about on Sunday," said Dello Buono.

BC Attaching: Coach Mehmedovic still on vacation against Eichstätt II - use of Nguelefack questionable

Every game is also an endgame for BC Attaching.

The promoted team goes into the seventh matchday with four points from six matches and is right in front of bottom Günzlhofen and just behind Palzing.

At VfB Eichstätt II, co-player coach Stephan Fürst will again take care of the Attachinger, because coach Enes Mehmedovic will only return from his native Bosnia after the game.

“We have a good week of training behind us.

There weren't many players there, but the fun factor was high," reports Fürst.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

Because again the Attachinger will go into the game with a thin squad.

Didier Nguelefack, offensive powerhouse and top scorer of the BCA, is on the brink.

The striker was hit on the toe in the 2-1 draw with Fatih Ingolstadt.

“With Didi, the decision is made at short notice.

As of now, it's not possible," says Fürst.

But even without the key player, he trusts his team to have a sense of achievement.

"The eleven guys we're going to send onto the pitch can definitely do something," says the Attachinger's assistant coach.

If the BCA wins for the first time since the first matchday, it passes the opponent.

SpVgg Kammerberg welcomes in-form FSV Pfaffenhofen - Kiermeier falls out with a torn muscle fibre

SpVgg Kammerberg will not catch up with FSV Pfaffenhofen even if they win.

The opponent scored too regularly for that this season.

It looks as if FSV could put its horsepower on the pitch for the first time in its second season under coach Gerhard Loesch.

The individual class is undisputed.

"Pfaffenhofen has people in its ranks who can decide games on their own," says Matthias Koston, coach of SpVgg Kammerberg: "But we have them too." One of the difference players in Kammerberg is Niklas Kiermeier, but he will miss the next games.

“In Neuperlach he tore a fiber in his thigh.

I reckon about three weeks.

Of course, that's not the best for our game," says Koston.

With Leander Lask, another offensive player is out longer.

There are question marks behind Jascha Beck and Maxi Richter.

Despite the less than ideal personnel situation, the Kammerbergers believe in their chance.

On the one hand, because they showed good performances despite the two defeats against Feldmoching and Neuperlach.

On the other hand, because the squad is broad.

"We're going to field a team that wants to score," says Koston.

Saturday afternoon will show whether this will be enough against the Pfaffenhofen team, who have won four times in a row.
