Hapoel Galil Alyon announced this evening (Saturday) the signing of Jaylen Hudson.
The American swingman (26, 1.98) played last season in the Greek Larissa.
Hudson started his career at Virginia Tech, but later transferred to the University of Florida.
After not being selected in the 2019 draft, Hudson signed with the cities of Ramat Gan/Givataim, but in the end the contract was not fulfilled, he joined the Capital City Go-Go (Washington Development Team) of the G League, where he contributed 13.3 points and 3.5 rebounds on average for the game
In his second professional season he played for Telecom Bonn in Germany.
The past season was the best season so far for Hudson, in Greek Larisa Media.
The player played a key role in the team's qualification to the semi-final stage of the Greek playoffs, where they were eliminated by Panathinaikos, only after five games.
Hudson averaged 14.2 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
Club chairman Tamir Abrahams commented on Hudson's signing: "We waited patiently for the right thing, Jaylen is a creative and versatile player, and he is very suitable for the team we built this season.
