Beitar Jerusalem announced a few minutes ago about the arrival of Eli Madmon, captain of the youth team, and Hapoel Be'er Sheva player, who was loaned to the club for the current season. Madmon, 19 years old, 1.75 meters, plays midfielder and signed with the club through his agent Idan Ben Abu.
Since 2021, Mademon has served as the captain of Israel's youth team up to the age of 19, and was an integral part of its reaching the Euro finals.
He played in all the games, scored against Austria in the group stage and was even part of the tournament's outstanding 11.
Madamon said after the signing: "I am very happy to come to Beitar Jerusalem, a big and magnificent club with tremendous strengths and a crazy crowd.
I want to thank coach Yossi Abouxis for trusting me, and Hapoel Beer Sheva for approving the move to give me the opportunity to play.
Now I have every hope of joining the training from today in preparation for the rest of the season and the two games that await us in the coming week."
