Frankfurt – At Eintracht Frankfurt the euphoria is huge.
On Wednesday (September 7th), the SBU welcomes Sporting Lisbon in the club's first Champions League game in their domestic career.
"It was a goosebump moment to see the Champions League logo in Frankfurt.
For everyone who feels connected to Eintracht, this is something special.
We want to bring energy into the game and make the fans happy," said midfielder Djibril Sow at the pre-game press conference.

The Swiss is self-confident before the game against Sporting Lisbon: "The past has shown that we find the perfect mix of tension and anticipation before games like this.
Even now everyone has a good feeling, is relaxed and the anticipation is overwhelming.
The upper limits are not fixed.”
Coach Oliver Glasner largely ignores the hype surrounding the game in the Frankfurt Arena, which has been sold out for weeks.
"Despite all the euphoria, it's important that we don't concentrate on the lyrics of the anthem, but on our tasks on the field," warned the 48-year-old.
Because the goal is clear: an opening win.
"Lisbon is a really good team," said sporting director Markus Krösche.
"But it's working very well for us at the moment.
We have a chance to beat them against Sporting at a good level.”

Glasner is very excited about the fans, who have probably planned something very special to support the team.
"Our fans are always imaginative, always creative and always behind the team.
The choreo might be a bit more creative, but we've been able to rely on their support so far," says the SBU coach.
