Maccabi Tel Aviv ended last night (Sunday) its part in the Paris tournament with a second loss in the preparatory games, 107:96 Paris in the local Asquet.
The loss, which was added to the 86:82 against Villervan the night before, sealed a winless tournament for the Yellows who will return to Israel and continue preparations for the season with quite a bit of food for thought.
Although the results were disappointing for the yellows, the club is not excited and looks forward to the continuation of the preparation.
"The goal is to progress every day and in every practice and work on our coordination. We took good points from this game," noted the team's coach Oded Ketch.
Ketch's apprentices played the pair of games without the players of the national teams: Roman Sorkin, Jake Cohen, Rafi Manko, Guy Panini and Lorenzo Brown, which affected the way of preparation.
The club is aware of their importance and expects the Israeli representatives of the Israeli national team to join the training as early as Tuesday.

At Maccabi Tel Aviv, Alex Poithers had a good tournament for him personally, which was expressed in 18 points and 8 rebounds against the host Paris Basket, along with 11 points and 4 rebounds against Villerban.
The team noted the defense as the main point for improvement, especially in the second quarter last night against the Parisians where the team lost concentration in defense and conceded 38 points in ten minutes of basketball, on the way to an evening of 107 points.

The club was satisfied with the ability of John DiBarthelomieu who joined Maccabi a few days before the tournament, and recorded a successful pair of games with 14 points in the first game and 10 points in the second game.
