On the eve of a Champions League match, this is the kind of news that never pleases a group.
PSG, which has already lost Renato Sanches and Presnel Kimpembe, hit this Saturday against Brest and for a period that the club has not yet announced, has a new injured this Tuesday morning: its second goalkeeper Keylor Navas.
According to our information, the Costa Rican is not taking part in the training session scheduled for 10 a.m. at Camp des Loges.
The reason: as before facing Losc, in mid-August, the former Madrid player suffers from back pain.
The last time, Keylor Navas had only been unavailable for the match against Lille and had very quickly returned to training, then to the professional group.
Paris Saint-Germain are due to travel to Israel this afternoon, where they will face Maccabi Haifa on matchday two of the Champions League group stage.
The presence of the Costa Rican in the group therefore seems compromised.
It should not, however, handicap the capital club too much, which has registered five goalkeepers in its group for European competitions and which can therefore count, a priori, on Sergio Rico and Alexandre Letellier for this trip.
