His lawyer filed a request to cancel the decision that prevents him from taking an active part in his team's training • "His impotence may be grounds for canceling his employment contract"

Will the foreign player from the Premier League, who was questioned by the police this week on suspicion of assaulting his partner, who is known to have completely denied the allegations, be able to immediately return to training with the team?

Attorney Mor Atia, who represents the player, today (Wednesday) filed an appeal to the Magistrate's Court, against the decision to keep him under house arrest for 5 days, during which he cannot take part in the day-to-day activities of his team and was even removed from his partner.

The request states, among other things: "Regarding the limitation requiring the petitioner to be under house arrest for five days, it is understood that preventing the petitioner from participating in his team's game will cause him real occupational and image damage, and this will also harm the functioning of his team and even affect the outcome of the game and, as a result, the fate of the group".

It is further stated that: "The petitioner's prevention from participating in the game for the aforementioned reason, may constitute grounds for the cancellation of his employment contract, in a way that would cause serious damage to the petitioner's thriving career as a soccer player in the elite team, and serious and immediate financial harm to the petitioner."
