After the district league team BCF Wolfratshausen reportedly parted ways with his coach Heinz daughter man, Leo Fleischer took over the post until the winter break.

The previous assistant relies on "training, addressing and a sense of achievement".

Wolfratshausen – In a fast-moving business like football, there is little time to epicly unravel the precise background to the recall of Heinz daughter man (we reported).

The fact is: The previous assistant Leo Fleischer is now responsible for the district league team of BCF Wolfratshausen, and he will approach this difficult task with the necessary seriousness.

Fleischer's debut falls on the Farcheter guest appearance at SpVgg Haidhausen, the top favorite of the district league south.

Fleischer has had turbulent days.

He was only marginally aware of the beginnings of the coaching earthquake, because the 25-year-old was staying in Oberhaching to work on his B license as a football teacher at the local sports university.

"The essential thing about my person was the phone call with Helmut Forster." The BCF department head asked on Wednesday whether Fleischer was capable of the task, at least temporarily.

The young coach had to think for a while.

"The night was really short," he admits.

The previous assistant deliberately does not want to draw any comparisons to the work of his predecessor.

It is now important to look ahead and focus on factors that can be influenced.

In the short term, of course, intervention is only possible to a limited extent.

He wanted to "take responsibility for every player" and make it clear that "nobody can pat themselves on the back if the coach isn't there after eight games".

From now on, he would also like to see from the team that they “do everything” to win a game.

Fleischer points out that an upheaval with many new people takes time before a "real team" has taken shape. This can best be implemented through "training, addressing and a sense of achievement".

The 25-year-old asserts that he will exemplify the associated conviction “as best as possible”.

In Haidhausen it's about finding a balance between a stable defense and situational attack pressing.

Aggression is trump.

From the point of view of the new head coach, the SpVgg plays "very well in possession and with a lot of individual class".

Paul Müller is still missing from the BCF;

the use of Manuel Spreiter is questionable.

Kayra Arikan is completely out for the time being because of the training in the police service.
