After the district league team BCF Wolfratshausen reportedly parted ways with his coach Heinz daughter man, Leo Fleischer took over the post until the winter break.

In the short term, of course, intervention is only possible to a limited extent.
He wanted to "take responsibility for every player" and make it clear that "nobody can pat themselves on the back if the coach isn't there after eight games".
From now on, he would also like to see from the team that they “do everything” to win a game.
Fleischer points out that an upheaval with many new people takes time before a "real team" has taken shape. This can best be implemented through "training, addressing and a sense of achievement".
The 25-year-old asserts that he will exemplify the associated conviction “as best as possible”.
In Haidhausen it's about finding a balance between a stable defense and situational attack pressing.
Aggression is trump.
From the point of view of the new head coach, the SpVgg plays "very well in possession and with a lot of individual class".
Paul Müller is still missing from the BCF;
the use of Manuel Spreiter is questionable.
Kayra Arikan is completely out for the time being because of the training in the police service.
