SV Kranzberg: No reason to worry after a poor start - but staff worries persist

Time for a change: The Kranzberg footballers, here Dominik Grabmair (r.) in the game against Allershausen, want to knock over the buck in Eitting.
However, coach Anton Kopp still has to do without a few regular players.

Not much came from SV Kranzberg after the surprising opening win against Eching.
But those responsible can explain the difficult phase.
Kranzberg
– If there is currently a problem child in the district league 2 from a district perspective, then it is the footballers of SV Kranzberg.
While Eching, Allershausen and Unterbruck started the season satisfactorily, the kickers from Ampertal are a bit lacking.
Four meager points from six games are before the game on Sunday (3 p.m.) at FC Eitting.
"Of course we're not at all satisfied with that," coach Anton Kopp has to admit.
The SVK only managed a surprise on the first day of the game with a 2-1 win against Eching, who had been relegated to the district league – the zebras are now greeting from the top of the table.
Since then there has been sadness in Kranzberg, only in Hohenwart did the Kopp team score another point.
SV Kranzberg: Coach Anton Kopp has to do without some regulars
However, the great panic has not yet broken out at the SVK.
The reason for this is that those responsible can certainly assess why things are not going well at the moment and why the SVK men are currently in a relegation place - two points behind the saving bank.
"The matter can be explained at the moment," reports Kopp.
"So we're still relatively calm." The tense personnel situation is the reason for the poor start to the season.
Kopp is currently having trouble getting eleven men onto the pitch on the day of the game.
They are competitive, but the coach can't really add more from the bank.
In addition, some regular players are missing: Daniel Mömkes, for example, is sorely missed with his higher-class experience, and Kranzberger will also have to do without Simon Hauner for professional reasons for a longer period of time.
Patrick Ringer and Florian Edlhuber are also injured.
To make matters worse, Bastian Walter recently received a red card and is still suspended.
"It's very difficult at the moment," says Kopp, struggling with the situation.
But that doesn't just cause problems in the games, it also has an impact on training: This week Kopp was only able to welcome seven or eight people on Tuesday and Thursday.
You can't really train there, "You can't play more than four against four there," complains the coach.
"Of course you take this maximum 60 percent preparation into the game." Not the best omens for the game in Eitting.
The opponent has - in contrast to the SVK - almost the full selection and was often mentioned as a championship favorite before the season.
Last weekend, coach Thomas Zellermeyr's team lost 3-2 to Kranzberg's neighbors from Allershausen.
"Maybe that's why they're going to tense up," speculates Kopp, "or underestimate us?" Nobody in Kranzberg wants to back down because the starting XI is competitive: "That's why we want to score points." FROM MATTHIAS SPANRAD
