The Syrian youth football team lost to its Jordanian counterpart today, 1-2, for the fourth group in the qualifiers for the Asian Cup held in Jordan.
Our team opened its qualifying campaign by defeating Chinese Taipei with a goal without a response and beating the Mariana team with ten goals without a response, and it will conclude the group stage by facing Turkmenistan on the eighteenth of this month.
The first place in each group qualifies for the Asian finals, along with the best 5 teams that get second place in the ten groups of qualifiers, to join the hosts of the tournament, Uzbekistan.
